Do you shoot in black and white or just color?
We are open to providing whatever service you need. If you want your images shoot in black and white feel free to request your preference prior to your appointment. Before receiving your final images you can preview any image in black and white at no additional charge! After our alignment you are more than welcome to request any additional effects you’d like.
What happens if a photographer gets sick on our shoot day?
We always have a lead photographer ready for an emergency. We have a rotating backup schedule to ensure that we have a qualified professional available at any moment.
What if I want a product that’s not included in my package?
We are your one stop shop to providing you with everything you need. We offer many products and services that are not included in our main packages. Anything from frames to photo cards to canvas prints and albums, we can help you order anything you need. If you want it, we can order it for you!
Should I have one photographer or two?
One photography is usually all our clients will need. Our skilled professionals are excellent at capturing beautiful images in a reasonable amount of time. If you have a large number of items to photograph, we can provide a second photographer for an additional fee.
What is a personal food coordinator?
Your personal food coordinator is your food photography expert, who helps with anything you need as your planning progresses. You’ll most likely have countless questions about style and timing, photography and more. Your coordinator of the to make sure your photos come out exactly the way you envision them.
When should I talk with my photographer, and what details should be finalized before we meet?
At our initial meeting you can communicate what you would like. We can finalize plans closer to our in person photography appointment to ensure all details will be up to date.
